We start with positioning, not Pinterest. What the business stands for, who it's for, and why anyone should care. Then we build the visual and verbal system that carries it: name, wordmark, colour, type, voice. The look is downstream of the thinking. If the strategy isn't sharp, the design can't save it.

We work iteratively with founders and leadership, not in isolation. The brand has to feel like the business, not like the agency that built it. Decisions get made together, in the room.
